Jennifer + Raymond {Wedding}…

Like I said in my previous posts, I am way behind in my blogging. I shot this wedding a few months ago and have been meaning to put it up on the blog!

This is the wedding of Jennifer and Raymond. Their romantic ceremony took place at sunset at the Admiral Baker Club. Jennifer looked gorgeous thanks to one of my favorite teams, Brides by Brittany and Bekah Salazar with Hair and Makeup! We had a great time taking all of our photos before the wedding. Jenn and Ray opted for an intimate “first look”, which them the chance to see eachother before all the chaos of the day began and spent some sweet moments together! Matt + Ashley {Wedding}…

Ashleigh and Matt’s wedding was gorgeous. When great vendors come together it shows in all the little details. Ashley hired the fabulous Wynn of Wynn Austin Events as her Wedding planner. I cannot express the importance of having a wedding planner. They know how to execute your desires. And if you cant have one for full wedding coordination, get one at least for the day of to take the pressure off the family members and keep the day running smoothly. After all, you want to be able to enjoy the wedding! Wynn did a gorgeous job, taking Ashley and Matt’s love of Baseball and turning it into an elegant theme.

I would say Matt, Ashley and all her loved ones enjoyed this wedding! Congrats you two! Everything was beautiful! I know Poppy would have loved it!

Vanessa + Scott Wedding @ Sunset Cliff Estate…

When I got a call from Vanessa for her proposed wedding date I happened to already be booked. She told me she was coming in from out of town for a destination wedding, she really wanted to use me and asked what day was I available for that weekend. I hemmed and hammed and hawed briefly to myself thinking, “well I am already booked Friday for a 7 hour wedding and booked on Saturday for an 8 hour wedding.” I figured to myself since it was a destination wedding, she probably wouldn’t need too many hours, and hey, why not turn my double-header weekend into a triple-header weekend. I was feeling good anyway, since I was in Hawaii shooting a wedding when we were doing all the planning. Thank goodness she went with Thursday because by the time Sunday came around I had the flew and couldn’t move from exhaustion! I am so glad though I was able to book Vanessa and Scott. Vanessa is the kind of person I would like to hang out with if she didn’t live across the US in New York! She is the sweetest, most fun, down for anything kind of girl. And Scott is a riot! And he laughs and me too! Always good! These two together are adorable! They have been together for something like 13 years and are still as cute as ever! I was honored to take part in such a sweet and intimate event… However exhausted I may have felt at the end of the weekend!

Melissa + Ryan {Wedding}…

Happy Saturday!

Today’s post is The Post wedding! Congrats to Ryan and Melissa, who just celebrated their first month of Marriage! The wedding was an absolute blast to be apart of since I have known the Post family my whole life! It was a beautiful wedding. The two got married at their family church, New Vintage in Escondido and the reception took place back at the home of the Posts, who had been prepping with major renovations to the backyard for months just for this special day! With the help of many friends (including my wonderful mama), Jen Haase with Day of Love and Branches a Floral studio. The day was one to remember! Congrats you two!
