I love weddings like the one James and Bridgette had. The two had a small destination wedding; it was just the bride, groom and their family. San Diego holds special significance to James and Bridgette because this is where they first started talking about marriage. When they were here last the two visited Balboa Park and loved the old architecture the park has. Since they are both architects I found it apropos we would be taking photos there before the ceremony.
Balboa Park was where James saw Bridgette for the first time of the day! It was so much fun to orchestrate that and then see what expressions come when they first see each other. Bethany at Splendid Sentiments added beautiful bursts of color with the flowers like she always does!
I hope you two enjoyed San Diego. I am sorry the weather could not have been better for you.
